Bio

Gabriela Gliga is a lecturer in the School of Business at the Atlantic Technological University and previous to that, lectured at the University of Galway, Ireland. She teaches marketing and entrepreneurship face-to-face and online at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and acts as post graduate research supervisor.  Gabriela received her Doctorate in Marketing from the University of Galway in 2017. Her PhD title is “Entrepreneurial Networking and the Development of Marketing Capabilities in SMEs. A Study of IrishEntrepreneurs”. Gabriela also holds a Master’s in Business Studies from University of Galway and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching & Learning from ATU.

Research & Engagement

Gabriela’s principal research interests lieat the intersection of marketing and entrepreneurship, primarily using qualitative research methods. She has published in international peer-reviewed ABS rated journals, such as theJournal of Business Research, Qualitative Marketing Research and the Journal ofInternational Entrepreneurship, as well as in specialised books.
